Pre-Season Fitness – Ankles
YAS!!!! It’s that time of year again. You dig out the kit, blow the cobwebs off the boots (literally in my case) and return to the field to once again bamboozle team mates in pre-season training. Then you turn too tight, or simply roll your ankle on the ‘summer-sport-destroyed’ field 😬.
Now what? Probably the most annoying football injury is the dreaded sprained ankle! Do it enough times and you’ll be the proud owner of a ‘kitten paw’ for a foot! What’s the best way to protect your ankle post injury?
